Kim Gagné is Executive Director of the European Cloud Alliance. He is also a Senior Counselor with APCO Worldwide, working primarily with technology sector clients out of the firm’s Brussels office. Mr. Gagné joined APCO after more than twelve years representing Microsoft in a variety of senior policy and management roles in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Kim previously was a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and a partner in a Washington, D.C. law firm. He holds graduate degrees from Duke University and Middlebury College.
